Birthday Party FAQ

Planning a party with us? Here’s everything you need to know.

Booking & Availability

How do I book a party? Come in, Give us a call, or send an email requesting a date and time.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends.
Is a deposit required? Yes, a $50 deposit is required to secure your date. The rest is due before or on the day of the party.
Any black out dates? No, if its a day we are scheduled to be open, a party is available. 

Guests & Ages

How many kids are included? Our standard party package includes up to 10 kids. Want to add more? Just ask, and we’ll work with you. Bulk LEGO and DUPLO parties can have up to 15 kids
What ages is this best for? We recommend ages 5 and up. We offer DUPLO parties for kids under 5.
Can parents stay during the party? Yes. Parents are welcome to stay, relax, and even build if they’d like. We suggest limiting attendance to 2 adults per child for space reasons.

What’s Included

What do kids do at the party? Kids get full access to our build kits and can build at their own pace.
Do staff lead the activities? Staff are here to help, but the party is mostly free-building unless you request something more structured.
Can we bring our own LEGO sets? We ask that guests use our kits, but reach out if you have something special in mind.

Food & Drinks

Can we bring cake and snacks? Yes, snacks and cake are allowed. Please keep food at the tables and clean up afterward.
Any additional food rules?  We ask that eating and building are not done at the same time and that hands are washed before going back to building.
 

Timing & Setup

How long is the party? Parties last 3 hours. That includes building, eating, celebrating, and set up/break down.
Can we come early to set up? Yes, you may arrive 30 minutes early.
What’s the cleanup policy? We handle general cleanup, but we appreciate help clearing food and decorations.

Pricing & Policies

What’s your cancellation policy? Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll gladly reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
